· God promises the Holy Ghost to those who treasure up His word.

- Alma 17: 2-3.

- When people seek diligently the scriptures will know the word of God.

- They need to pray with sincere heart and fast to receive the spirit of prophecy, the spirit of revelation which belongs to the Holy Ghost.

- They will teach with the power of the Spirit and with God’s authority.

- D & C 84: 85.

- We need to treasure up the scripture diligently before we teach people about the word of God.

- The Lord will tell us what to do and what should we say in our teachings.
