  • Personal Worthiness
  • Personal worthiness allows prospective missionaries to obtain temple blessings.

  - Doctrine and Covenants 108:22 - 23.

The scripture told us that the Lord will send his servants (his missionary) from his Temple. From the Temple, they will have the glory and will be guide by the angles to preach his gospel. They will know that the Lord will help them because missionaries are his servants. Because of that, the Lord can fulfill all the prophesied from his prophets.

- Psalms 24:3-5.

David testified to us that members of the church who are clean and have pure heart are allowed to go to The House of The Lord. They need to keep the law of chastity, to be honest, and to use clean words in their lives. They will get blessing from the Lord’s salvation.

·         Repentance is a cleansing process that allows us to be worthy.

      -         Mosiah 26:29.

Alma taught the people to repent from their sins. The scripture explained to us that we will be judge according to our sins that we did on earth. But, if we confess and repent from our sins with sincere heart, the Lord will forgive us from all of our sins. Because of the Atonement from our savior, we can be saved at the last day.

 -         Helaman 14:13.

Samuel the Lamanites taught the Nephites about repentance. We need to believe in Jesus Christ in order to be saved. We need to repent from our sins because the Savior had suffered for us. From his Atonement, we do not need to be suffer like Him to repent from our sins.
