The Lord gave commandments to us to love and to help others. When we do those things to others who need helps, we do it for the Lord at the same time. We need to serve others like we serve the Lord with all our heart, might, mind, and strength.
- 2 Nephi 31: 9-10
Our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ has set example to us. He showed us the way to Heavenly Father's kingdom by baptism. As disciples of Christ, we need to follow Him through out our life. We need to love others and keep His commandment in order to enter His kingdom.

The scripture tells us to organize ourselves to be in order in our life. We need to be prepared and put inside our minds to pray, to fast, to have faith, to learn, to have glory, and to put the Lord first in everything we do.

- PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL PREPARATION.
- Prospective missionaries should prepare for the physical and emotional demands of a full-time mission.
- D&C 4:2.
We need to serve the Lord with all our heart, might, mind and strength. The Lord will forgive our sins and our mistakes, so we can stand blameless with no sins at the Judgment day.
- D&C 88:124.
We need to do positive things all the time, so Satan does not have time to tempted us. We do not need to sleep longer than we need. We need to sleep early and get up early, so our mind and our body will be health.

Study Journal
- FAITH AND CONVERSION.
- Faith leads to conversion.
- 2 Nephi 31:19-20
In order to enter the Kingdom of God, we need to learn the word of Christ with faith in Him and rely on Him. Through Him we can be saved. We need to move forward with our commitments in Christ, have a hope through Him and love of God and also to people around us. We need to endure to the end in order to have an eternal life.
- Alma 32: 7-8, 28-29, 41.
We need to be humble to receive the guidance from the Spirit. The Spirit will testify to us that these things are good. We need to nourish our faith diligently, so it can grows and lead us to everlasting life.
- Conversion includes repentance, baptism, and the reception of the gift of the Holy Ghost.
- 2 Nephi 31:13, 17
If we want to follow our Savior Jesus Christ, we need to follow Him with full heart, repent from our sins, and take upon ourselves the name of the Christ by baptism. We will receive the Holy Ghost that clean our heats. Repentance and baptism is the only way for us to get remission of our sins.
- John 3: 5.
In order to enter the Kingdom of God, we need to be baptize by water and also by fire which means we will receive the companionship of the Holy Ghost.

- Faith in The Lord Jesus Christ is essential to spiritual growth.

The Lord can do everything that according to his will for us. We need to always recognize all the blessings that we receive from Him. He wants us to have faith in Him and regularly exercise it in our lives.
- 2 Nephi 9:23.
In order to be saved in the Kingdom of God, we need to repent from our sins, be baptized in his name, and have faith in Jesus Christ.

Study Journal
- THE RESTORATION AND THE SECOND COMING FORTH OF NEW SCRIPTURE.
- God called Joseph Smith to be the prophet of the Restoration.
- Doctrine and Covenants 1:17
Heavenly Father knew about the apostasy that happened in the earth. The Lord called Joseph Smith to restore His Church at the last dispensation. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to Joseph Smith and gave him commandments to build the Church.
- Joseph Smith 1:17.
Joseph Smith saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. They are two different personages. Their glory cannot describe with all descriptions. Heavenly Father introduced His Son Jesus Christ to Prophet Joseph.
- Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon and brought forth other scriptures by the gift and power of God.
- 1 Nephi 13:39-40
The Book of Mormon will come at the last dispensation by the power of God to convince people about the Savior of the World. It will return the precious things that had been taken away from the earth. People will know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ better when they read Book of Mormon. They need to come unto Jesus Christ in order to be saved.
- 2 Nephi 3:11-12
Prophet Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon by the Power of God. The Book of Mormon is from plate of Joseph. The Book of Mormon will grow together with the Bible and help people understand their Heavenly Father better and also the covenants that they had made unto Him.

- PROPHETS AND APOSTASY
- The rejection of the Savior, His teachings, and priesthood authority resulted in the Apostasy of the New Testament Chruch.

Many people will say that they are the Messiah. There will be also people say that they are the prophets of God. People will see many miracles and great signs. They will trying to trick the chosen people.
- Acts 20: 29-30.
There are some people will go to the Latter Day Saints communities and try preach the false doctrine among them. It will make their faith become weak and leave the Church.
- The European Reformation helped prepare the way for the final Restoration.
- Joel 2:28-29.
The Lord sent the Spirit to help the people in the European Reformation to get a revelation. The Lord made confusion among those people about the real Gospel.

The Lord will reveal the truth unto the children of men by His Holy Prophets. The prophets has the Spirit of Revelation. The Lord will reveal to His prophets, then The Prophets will command us to do what The Lord told him to do.
- Alma 12: 27-30.
We will be judge after we leave the earth. God has appointed a Prophet to guide us in this earth. The propehts will teach us unto repentance and plan of salvation.

- Heavenly Father's Plan.
- The Atonement of Jesus Christ makes it possible to overcome the obstacles of spiritual and physical death.
- Alma 34: 8-10.
The Messiah will come to the earth to atone the sins of the world. The Atonement of Jesus Christ is important for the Plan of Salvation. People who believe in Jesus Christ's atonement will not be perished.
- 2 Nephi 9:10-13.
The Lord has prepared a way to save us from death and hell. There are two types of death. The first one is death of the body and the second one is the death of the spirit. Jesus has prepare a way through spiritual death from his Atonement.
- Heavenly Father prepared degrees of glory for His children.
- D&C 98:18.
There are many places in the Lord's kingdom. The Lord always prepare a place for us when we are worthy to receive it. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live in Celestial kingdom.

There are lots of places to live in Heavenly Father's house. He always prepare a place for His children because He loves us.

- There are three stages of Heavenly Father's plan: premortal, mortal, and postmortal.

The plan of Salvation made as a foundation of the world. If there is no Plan of Salvation, there will be no resurrection from the dead. The Plan of Salvation is His works.

Because the Fall of Adam and Eve, they had opportunity to have children, and know good and evil. The Lord promised eternal life to their seeds if they keep His commandments.
- Jesus Christ is central to Heavenly Father's plan.

2 Nephi 2 -> Lehi testifies of the Savior as Redeemer.
2Nephi 2:6 -> Redemtion come from the Holy Messiah, He has full of Grace truth.
2 Nephi 9 -> Jacob testifies of the Atonement. 2 Nephi 9: 26 -> Jesus will be our Judge. His Atonement saved us from the evil.

· God promises the Holy Ghost to those who treasure up His word.

- They need to pray with sincere heart and fast to receive the spirit of prophecy, the spirit of revelation which belongs to the Holy Ghost.
- They will teach with the power of the Spirit and with God’s authority.

- We need to treasure up the scripture diligently before we teach people about the word of God.

- Bearing testimony invites the Spirit into our teaching.
- 2 Nephi 33:1
- Nephi spoke unto his seed. By the power of the Holy Ghost, our teachings will touch the heart of our investigators. The power of the Holy Ghost will guide us in our teachings.
- D&C 100: 5-8.
- We need to share our testimony to all people. We will gain our testimony by the power of the Holy Ghost. We need to bear our testimony with humble heart. Holy Ghost will give us power to bear our testimony.
- We obtain the word by faith.
- Romans 10:17.
- Faith comes after we hear and learn about the gospel. We ponder in our heart and by the power of the Holy Ghost we will know that it is true.
- D&C 42:14
- After we pray for many days with humble heart and with faith, the Spirit will comes to our heart and testify that it is true. If you do not feel the influence of the Spirit in your heart, you shall not teach because the Spirit will not touch the heart of our investigators.

· Prayer and pondering the scriptures help prepare us to receive the influence of the Holy Ghost.
Ø 1 Nephi 11:1
The scripture taught me the importance to ask for the Lord’s help through my prayers and to take times to ponder everything that we receive or study. We need to ask God that is this true or not. By the Spirit, we will know that this is true or not. We need to rely ourselves to God and to be worthy to receive Holy Ghost companionship.
Ø Alma 5:46.
I learned that fasting and praying will help us to know all things. The Holy Ghost will come to our heart and testify that all things about the gospel that doubt in our heart are true. By the Spirit of revelation, we will receive guidance to be better person or better missionaries.
· We must seek to obtain the word.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 11:21
I learned about we need to study the word of God first before we teach people about it. After we desire study through praying and pondering, the Spirit will help us in our teachings. We will have the Spirit in our heart and the word of God in our mind. That combination will bring people to believe in our teachings and bring people unto Christ.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 42:14
The Lord warned me to have the Spirit with me in all time. I need to pray with humble heart and with faith to ask for the Spirit companionship. If we do not feel the Spirit, we shall not teach people. Teaching with the Spirit is more efficient than teaching with our own knowledge.

The scripture explained to us that when we speak with power of the Holy Ghost, The power of the Holy Ghost will touch people who hear our teachings. Even though we have difficulties in writing or reading, the power of The Holy Ghost will help people to understand our lessons.
Ø Romans 14: 19.
The Lord commanded us to each, to help, and to enlighten one another. By teaching one another we can strengthen our testimony, preach the Gospel, and bring peace in all nations.

· TEACHING BY THE SPIRIT.
· Personal preparation and worthiness are necessary to teach by the Spirit.
Ø Alma 8: 10
Alma worked with the Spirit and asked for God’s help through his prayers. We wanted to share the Spirit to people in the city of Ammonihah. So he could bring them unto repentance through baptism. We learned from Alma that the Spirit has a big influence for him. The Spirit gave him strength, knowledge, and authority to preach the Gospel. It is important for us in our mission field to work with the Spirit and ask for God’s help through our prayers. So investigators will fell the Spirit; moreover they will repent and be baptized.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 11: 21-22
The scripture explained that we need to learn about the Gospel before we preach to people about it. Because of that, the Spirit will help us to preach the Gospel. It will helps us with the foreign language and also convince investigators to believe with the Gospel. First 22 explained about the Book of Mormon which is the word of God still being translated.
· Missionaries can invite the Holy Ghost into their teaching.
Ø Alma 5: 45-46
The scripture told us about we will know that the Gospel is true because of the Spirit. We need to invite the spirit by fasting and praying. After we know that the Gospel is true, we will teach confidently and full of Spirit. We will also have the spirit of revelation that helps us receive guidance from the Lord.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 100: 7-8
In the scripture, the Lord wants us preach the Gospel in His name, solemn heart, and humbleness. The Lord also promised us that the Holy Ghost will always on our side and bear records for all things that we say. If we are worthy to receive the Holy Ghost, the Holy Ghost will help us in our teachings.

- The Companionship of the Holy Ghost
- The Light of Christ is a power for good in the lives of all people.
Ø Moroni 7: 16-19
Moroni wrote about The Spirit of God will help people to recognize which goods are and which are evils. It will tell us that the evil things are from Satan and the good things are from God. Moroni also encourage us to have the Light of Christ. When we died, we will be judged from the Light of Christ that we have. If we have the light of Christ, we will be one of his disciples.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 84: 46-47
All people who came or live in this earth have the light of Christ. When they got baptized, they will have the Spirit. The Spirit will illuminate the light of Christ that we have. The light comes from Our Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father.
· The Holy Ghost is a member of the Godhead.
Ø 3 Nephi 28: 11
The Holy Ghost will testify to us about our Lord Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. When people got baptized, they will have Holy Ghost companionship in their lives. Because of the atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ, we will have Holy Ghost companionship in our lives if we are worthy.
Ø Doctrine and Covenants 130: 22
God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ have body of flesh and bones as like us. But the Holy Ghost does not have body of flesh and bones; It is a personage of Spirit. The Holy Ghost will always be with us to guide us in our lives, if we are worthy to receive His guidance.

- Personal Worthiness
- Personal worthiness allows prospective missionaries to obtain temple blessings.
- Doctrine and Covenants 108:22 - 23.
The scripture told us that the Lord will send his servants (his missionary) from his Temple. From the Temple, they will have the glory and will be guide by the angles to preach his gospel. They will know that the Lord will help them because missionaries are his servants. Because of that, the Lord can fulfill all the prophesied from his prophets.
- Psalms 24:3-5.
David testified to us that members of the church who are clean and have pure heart are allowed to go to The House of The Lord. They need to keep the law of chastity, to be honest, and to use clean words in their lives. They will get blessing from the Lord’s salvation.
· Repentance is a cleansing process that allows us to be worthy.
Alma taught the people to repent from their sins. The scripture explained to us that we will be judge according to our sins that we did on earth. But, if we confess and repent from our sins with sincere heart, the Lord will forgive us from all of our sins. Because of the Atonement from our savior, we can be saved at the last day.

- Personal worthiness is necessary to accomplish missionary work.

- The Lord commands us to preah His gospel, but before that we need to organize ourselves, to prepare ourselves, and to sanctify ourselves from unworthy things, and also to purify our minds and our hearts. We also need to repent from our sins to make us worthy for missionary work. Because we need the companionship from the Spirit to help us learn and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- The scripture tells us about we need to preach the gospel to all nations, but before that we need to save our lives first before we save others. We need to purify our hearts and be clean because as a missionary we will be God's representatives.
